1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or booking an online consultation with Dr. Iqra Naseer (MBBS, FCPS – Gynecology & Obstetrics), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, patients, and users of driqranaseer.com.

2. Nature of Services

Dr. Iqra Naseer provides online / teleconsultationservices in the field of Gynecology & Obstetrics. All consultations are conducted remotely via video call or WhatsApp as arranged at the time of booking.

• Services are available to patients residing anywhere in Pakistan.
• Online consultations are advisory in nature and do not replace in-person examination where physically required.
• Dr. Iqra Naseer reserves the right to refer a patient for an in-person examination when clinically necessary.
• Prescription of medication is at the sole clinical discretion of Dr. Iqra Naseer and is not guaranteed for every consultation.

3. Appointment Booking & Cancellation

Booking

• Appointments are confirmed only after the consultation fee has been paid and payment proof has been shared.
• An appointment slot is not reserved until payment is verified by our team.
• You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp once your appointment is confirmed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling by Patient

• Cancellations must be communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time via WhatsApp.
• Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for a one-time free reschedule.
• No-shows (patient does not attend without prior notice) will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. No refund will be issued.
• Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before appointment) are treated as no-shows.

Cancellation by Doctor

• In case of a cancellation from our side due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, the patient will be offered a full reschedule at no additional cost, or a full refund at their choice.

4. Payment Policy

• Consultation fees must be paid in advance via the bank accounts or mobile payment methods listed on the booking page.
• Payment proof (screenshot) must be shared via WhatsApp for verification before the appointment is confirmed.
• All fees are quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
• Fees are subject to change without prior notice; however, the fee applicable at the time of booking confirmation will be honoured.
• No fee adjustment or discount will be applied after the consultation has taken place unless authorised by Dr. Iqra Naseer.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued if the appointment is cancelled by the doctor's side.
• Refunds for patient-initiated cancellations with sufficient notice are offered as a reschedule credit only, not as a cash refund.
• No refund will be issued once a consultation has commenced.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

5. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, honest, and complete medical history and information during the consultation.
• Join the consultation on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed; after that the appointment may be marked as a no-show.
• Ensure a stable internet connection and a private environment for the video consultation.
• Not share consultation links, prescriptions, or medical advice given to you with third parties without consent.
• Follow the prescribed treatment plan and communicate any adverse effects promptly.
• Seek immediate in-person emergency care when required — online consultations cannot substitute for emergency treatment.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

Online consultations provided through this platform are not suitable for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please immediately visit your nearest hospital or emergency facility, or call 1122 (Rescue Pakistan).

Dr. Iqra Naseer provides professional medical advice based on the information provided. However, specific treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed. All medical decisions carry inherent risks and benefits that will be discussed during the consultation.

7. Teleconsultation Terms

• Consultations are conducted via video call (WhatsApp or as agreed). It is your responsibility to ensure you have a working camera and microphone.
• Consultations may be rescheduled if technical issues prevent a satisfactory session — this is at Dr. Iqra Naseer's discretion.
• Recording of consultations by the patient without explicit written consent from Dr. Iqra Naseer is strictly prohibited.
• Dr. Iqra Naseer may end a consultation if the patient is abusive, disrespectful, or acting in bad faith.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal and medical information shared with Dr. Iqra Naseer is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with standard medical ethics and Pakistani law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Patient data will never be sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose other than providing your healthcare.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and branding — is the sole property of Dr. Iqra Naseer. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
